Excellent buy

| I bought this book when my daughter was 14 months old and she loved it. She enjoyed having the freedom to choose which nursery rhyme she wanted to listen to, as well as being able to press the buttons. My only complaint is that it doesn't have an off switch, so it can get a little irritating after a while, especially when it keeps making noise long after your little one has stopped playing with it. |

| Although the original one didn't seem to work Amazon sent out an immediate replacement. This one's for a Christmas present but I bought one for a birthday present and it was very popular with all the kids in the family. |
Daughter facinated by this

| My daughter was given this as a present and I really didn't like the thought of a book that reads itself- what about reading books together?! However, my 7 month old is facinated by the bright light and the bits that move inside. It has sustained being dropped and chewed, so is fairly durable and because it's chunky it's easy for small hands to manipulate. The down side is that there is no off button, so although the volume can be turned down, it can't be shut off. At the moment, it is more of a noisy toy than a book, but she may become more interested in the words as she gets older. |

We purchased this book for our 8 month old daughter. She really likes it - is attracted by the lights, bright colours and sounds. At the moment, she can't quite operate all the moving buttons, as some are a bit fiddlier than others. But I have no doubt she will manage it soon, as her finger dexterity develops.
Battery life seems good too.
Would recommend it. |
